As you all know, with the new Prevailing Wage Levels Rule for H1B LCA , PERM many are potentially impacted and we are trying to help users get an understanding of the overall market, wage levels and guide everyone.
In the last couple of weeks, we launched couple of key features
- Compare H1B Prevailing Wages New vs Old to help you compare H1B wage levels before and after the change.
- Get Recommendations based on your H1B Wage level to help you get location recommendations based on your current wage and location.
What would be nice is to browse by top job titles, filter by wage, filter by area, filter by county so that you have a full view of the H1B Prevailing wages and understand the market for making your next move, if needed. Also, it would be nice to check the past 5 years historical data of wages.
Today, we are launching three big features that will help you do all of that.

Search H1B Prevailing Wages by SOC Code or Occupation Title
Now, you have the option to search by SOC Code or Occupation Title that is on your H1B LCA to view the details of the wages in a County or Area and browse through them.
Step 1 : You go to menu, select Search by SOC
Step 2 : You can start typing SOC code or Occupation title, pick the relevant year from drop down and hit search. If you do not select year, it will pick most recent year. Also, you have an option to pick the top 20 Job titles as well. See below screenshot.
Step 3 : You will see the results by County, Area Name and State. You can filter the results to see relevant results by using the Search filter.Â
Search H1B Prevailing Wages by County Name or Area Name
Also, you have the option to search by County Name or Area name that is on your H1B LCA. You will be able to view the wages for all the various positions in that area or county.
Step 1 : You go to menu, select search by County/Town/AreaÂ
Step 2 : You can start typing County Name or Area Name, pick the relevant year from drop down and hit search. If you do not select a year, it will pick the most recent year.Â
Step 3 : You will see the results by Occupation Title for the County or Area you selected. You can filter the results to see relevant results by using the Search filter.Â
Search H1B Prevailing Wages 5 Years History
Though we may not use the past data of H1B wage levels, it is important to understand the trends of Wages and how they are growing or shrinking. Now, we have a feature, where you can search Wages by SOC code or Title and County name or City to get historical perspective of the Wage Data for last 5 years.
Step 1 : You go to menu, select search Wages HistoryÂ
Step 2 : You can start typing SOC Code or Title and then enter County Name or Area Name and hit search.Â
Step 3 : You will see the results of Wage Levels Data for the last 5 years. If there is no data available, it will show as N/A and the graph will not be plotted for that year.Â

Is it possible to know or filter companies’ LCAs as per wages?

We currently do not have that. Thanks for the feedback, we will think about the best way to add that. Currently, you can browse LCAs by company and filter them by job title and City using LCA search.
