What is Your Salary per Year on H1B LCA ?
H1B Labor Condition Application(LCA) has a section "F. Employment and Wage Information", under that you would have sub section "a. Place of Employment Information", look for line that says "10. Wage Rate Paid to Nonimmigrant Workers" and pick the wage that is at "From". It is your current minimum Wage or Salary that your employer is obligated to pay you. You can use our H1B LCA Search to check your LCA info, if you do not have the copy. You can browse your company LCA or search by LCA case number. See below screenshot. 
Where is your current Wage level on H1B LCA ?
You can find your Wage Level on H1B LCA under "F. Employment and Wage Information", under that you would have sub section "a. Place of Employment Information", look for line that says "Wage Level under question 13". Wage levels are listed there, Whicever box is checked, that is your wage level. See below screenshot. 
What is your SOC Code / Occupation Title ?
You can find your Wage Level on H1B LCA under "B. Temporary Need Information", look for line that says "SOC (ONET/OES) code or SOC (ONET/OES) occupation title". See below screenshot. 
What is your County / City Name ?
You can find your City Name and County Name on H1B LCA under "F. Employment and Wage Information", under that you would have sub section "a. Place of Employment Information", look for "City and County Name". You can type the city name, and select the one that has the county name from suggested list in above form. See below screenshot.
