As many of you know, the US Dept of Labor(DOL) published H1B Prevailing Wage Levels change regulation on Oct 8th, 2020. Later, there were three lawsuits filed on the same in different courts. Eventually, the Court cancelled the H1B, PERM Prevailing Wage(PW) Levels Changes regulation and ordered DOL to put old wage levels back.
In response to Court, on December 3rd, US DOL issued an announcement they are updating their FLAG system to work with previous data and updating the Prevailing Wages on FLCDataCenter Website. We have also updated our website PW database, below are the updates.
