104K LCAs filed in Q4 FY 2022 – Top Employers for FY 2022
Below are the total LCAs (includes H1B, H1B1 & E3) that were filed with DOL for the fiscal year 2022.

In total there were about 602K H1B LCAs that were filed with US Dept of Labor. Compared to FY 2021, there were about 523K LCAs filed. If we look at the increase, it is about 15% more LCAs filed than the previous fiscal year of FY 2021. It clearly indicates there was more demand and more H1B holders were hired.

Below are the total Labor Certifications filed in the DOL PERM Program for Green Card processing for the full fiscal year 2022. If we compare the FY 2022 numbers with FY 2021, there was a gain of 17.6% in the number of PERM filings. It indicates that there were more applicants who applied for green cards in the fiscal year 2022 than the previous year by 17.6%. We do not know how it will look for the next year as there is recession in tech sector with a lot of layoffs
